The Erasure Record
If your name was removed, your work was uncredited, or your organization was deleted — this is where that goes on record.

What This Archive Has Already Documented
This archive has verified and published accounts of institutional erasure in the Human Design System:
- Zeno Dickson (Karen Cox, 1952–2020) — Ra Uru Hu’s exclusively contracted U.S. representative from 1993, principal teacher of the American school, co-author of Human Design Revealed. Named in Ra’s July 25, 2003 “Misrepresentation” letter and administratively erased from the IHDS professional register. See /teachers/zeno-dickson and /record#section-9.
- Ilse Sendler — Founding director of Human Design Austria; held exclusive contractual rights for Austria (2000) and all German-speaking territories (2003). Deleted from all IHDS listings and national organization rosters in summer 2010 after organizing resistance to the $500 online fee demand — without termination of the underlying contracts. The International Human Design School’s own 2009/10 course calendar, published the year before, had listed her as the teacher of its BG5 Small Business Analysis program. See /teachers/ilse-sendler and /national-directors.
- Eleanor Haspel-Portner, Ph.D. — Ra Uru Hu’s commissioned scientific researcher (1999–2002). Named in the same July 25, 2003 letter. Her research — the only statistically validated study of any Human Design construct — was subsequently removed from IHDS educational materials. See /teachers/eleanor-haspel-portner and /record#section-7.
- Chaitanyo Taschler — Ra’s exclusively contracted U.S. co-representative from 1993; creator of the first Human Design website worldwide (1997); graphic designer of the original teaching materials. Named in the 2003 letter. See /teachers/chaitanyo-taschler.
- Jürgen Saupe — The system’s original German translator and publisher: he translated Ra Uru Hu’s foundational text into German, published the first Human Design books, and produced the original bodygraph, holding its rights until his death. His role is largely absent from the official origin narrative, which dates the IHDS founding to Ra alone in 1992. An uncredited-contribution case from the founding period. Source: the German Human Design community’s own History page; documented in this archive’s record of the founding period (see /record).
- Erik Memmert — The developer of the original Human Design charting software. The German Human Design community’s own History page names him directly: “der Softwareentwickler Erik Memmert, der das Computerprogramm zum HDS schrieb, Neutrinos Through Windows” (the software developer who wrote the HDS computer program, Neutrinos Through Windows). The program is still offered through his New Sun Software (newsunware.com). His authorship of the founding-era charting software is absent from the current Jovian Archive and IHDS origin narrative. A founding-era technical contribution uncredited in the official record. - Martin Grassinger — German Human Design teacher and analyst. In Zeno Dickson’s recorded account, his work on “resonance” was the basis for what Ra developed into the Profile material, incorporated into the official teaching without credit to Grassinger. A founding-era contribution absorbed into the institutional curriculum. Source: Zeno Dickson’s recorded video account (Zen Human Design); see also /teachers/zeno-dickson.
- Richard Rudd — British teacher who trained through New Sun Services and founded and directed the original United Kingdom Human Design school until Lynne Beaumont’s appointment in July 2004. In Zeno Dickson’s recorded account, his book Living Your Design was incorporated into Ra’s teaching infrastructure without credit; the phrase survives as the name of a core IHDS introductory program. Rudd later left Human Design to develop the Gene Keys. Source: this archive’s /teachers/richard-rudd; Zeno Dickson’s recorded account.
- Gennaro Brooks-Church — Director of Human Design Online, Inc. (HDO), which operated the humandesign.com domain as an early online Human Design education and consultation platform, publicly active through at least September 2013. HDO and its director are documented in a community reference index (“Our Cloud Online,” compiled by Jan van den Berg, 25 September 2013), which lists him as “director Human Design Online” and catalogues twenty-five chart readings published through the site. He does not appear in the post-2010 IHDS public registry of certified professionals, and HDO appears nowhere in the post-2010 IHDS institutional record — no public instrument records the dissolution of the entity or the transfer of its domain and assets. An early institutional structure present in the 2013 community record and absent from the consolidated IHDS one. - Chetan Parkyn — A 1993 student of Ra, introduced through Zeno Dickson and certified by Ra as a teacher in 1997; later the author of widely read Human Design books. In April 2015 he published “Blacklisted” in Osho News, giving his own account of being formally excluded from official Human Design after his books appeared. Eighteen days later, Jovian Archive’s official Facebook page issued a public declaration disavowing any relationship with him — stating he is “not an IHDS-certified Human Design analyst and teacher” and that his books, courses, and certifications are “not approved, recognized, or officially authorized.” His partner and co-author Carola Eastwood, of Human Design for Us All, was excluded in parallel. His book was the subject of the 2019–2020 Florence proceeding, in which Jovian Archive’s Italian licensee tried and failed to enjoin its publication. In the same account, Parkyn recorded a claim that bears on every later ownership dispute: that “Ra denied in writing any ownership of Human Design in 1992, and gave away the rights to the Life Chart (also called the ‘Body Graph’) to his friend Jurgen Saupe, whose family passed on the rights to others when Jurgen died,” corroborating this archive’s account of Jürgen Saupe and the bodygraph rights. Sources: Chetan Parkyn, “Blacklisted,” Osho News, 10 April 2015; the Jovian Archive Facebook declaration of 28 April 2015 (preserved in the Human Design Translation History Archive, medium.com/humandesignhistory); Tribunale di Firenze, 3 June 2020 (see /record).
- Steve Rhodes — British-Austrian musician and recording-studio founder who studied directly with Ra from 2003 to 2010 and later developed his own derivative system, BaanTu, published in a three-book series; he is also a principal author of the published Ra Uru Hu biography. Jovian Archive disavowed him in a “Notice to the Human Design Community” dated 21 February 2015, posted to its official Facebook page: Jovian Archive Media, Inc. and the IHDS “have no affiliation whatsoever with Steve Rhodes and the products and programs he is offering, nor is Steve Rhodes an IHDS certified professional or teacher,” and his “recent book, products, school, classes and work with Human Design do not have the approval, recognition or licensed permission of Jovian Archive or the IHDS.” The same notice set out the institution’s governing rationale: that “knowledge can be diluted and distorted as it grows and moves further and further away from the original source,” and that maintaining “the original knowledge, teaching and education structure is the mandate of Jovian, IHDS, licensed National Organizations and certified IHDS Professionals.” The notice further indicated the disavowals were a standing practice rather than an isolated action: “We have received your emails of concern on this and other similar matters.” It was signed “The Jovian and IHDS Staff.” The Rhodes notice preceded Jovian’s materially identical declaration against Chetan Parkyn (28 April 2015) by two months. Sources: Jovian Archive, “Notice to the Human Design Community,” Facebook (facebook.com/JovianArchive), 21 February 2015; also preserved in the Human Design Translation History Archive (medium.com/humandesignhistory).
- Karen Curry Parker — A licensed nurse who studied directly with Ra and contributed professional input to the system’s health-related material. She broke with the institution over the rising cost of IHDS training (then roughly twenty thousand U.S. dollars) and over unpaid bills, and went on to develop Quantum Human Design with a renamed type system and a parallel curriculum. Unlike Parkyn, she was not made the subject of a public Jovian declaration; her exclusion is the quieter kind — silencing by omission, her name simply absent from IHDS-authorized teacher listings. She was, however, named alongside Parkyn and Jenna Zoe in a 2021 IHDS classroom as “not real practitioners.” Sources: the Human Design Translation History Archive (medium.com/humandesignhistory); Fiona Wong, thewildpixel.com (2021 classroom account).
- Raquel Reyna — A Human Design teacher and author of Are You a Mutant?, certified through Jovian Archive and later, by her own public account, de-certified. In a Facebook post and companion YouTube video (circa 2023) she described being given twenty-four hours by a Jovian teacher to remove one of her videos or lose her certification; she removed it (it remains unlisted) but, after replying that she could not accept being “controlled,” her certifications were withdrawn. Her account independently matches the take-down-or-decertification pattern other excluded teachers describe (compare Chetan Parkyn, above). Unlike the figures above, no public Jovian declaration documents her exclusion; the record here rests on her own public testimony, presented as such. Sources: Raquel Reyna, public Facebook post (facebook.com/raquel.reyna.50); “Jovian drama” video, YouTube (youtu.be/mJWcDO_Kgjs), c. 2023.
- John Martin — Human Design teacher operating Human Design Hawaii; reached a significant online audience through YouTube. Co-developed the Tonal Cognition framework with Theresa Blanding, which examined the sub-structure of Human Design inner authority in ways that diverged from the post-2010 IHDS doctrine on Strategy and Authority. Removed from the IHDS professional register approximately 2018–2019. Source: anonymous account from within the Human Design community, retained by this archive. See /teachers/john-martin.
- Hagen Artley — IHDS certified Living Your Design Guide, licensed BG5 Career and Business Consultant, and Professional Analyst in Training (Level 4) as of 2023. Operated Regenerative Human Design in collaboration with Alannah Hillstrom, integrating Human Design with Organic Intelligence somatic work — a hybrid practice outside the scope of the IHDS Professional Integrity Agreement’s requirement to keep Human Design offerings separate from other modalities. No longer appears in the IHDS certified professionals directory as of June 2026. Date of removal not confirmed in the public record. Source: anonymous account from within the Human Design community, retained by this archive. If you have direct knowledge of this case, this archive welcomes your account through the submission form below.
- James Alexander — IHDS certified Professional Analyst, certified through Human Design Austria (trained by Martin Grassinger, Susan McMurray, and Ilse Sendler). Also trained with Mary Ann Winiger, Dharmen and Leela Swann-Herbert, and Alokanand Díaz. Subsequently listed at humandesignww.com (Ilse Sendler’s Human Design Worldwide network, itself operating independently of the IHDS). Practiced Trauma Informed Human Design Mentoring combining Human Design with somatic and psychotherapy approaches. No longer appears in the IHDS certified professionals directory as of June 2026. Date of removal not confirmed in the public record. Source: anonymous account from within the Human Design community, retained by this archive. If you have direct knowledge of this case, this archive welcomes your account through the submission form below.
- Leanne Wolff — IHDS certified Human Design professional with a significant independent teaching presence, including a library of over 400 YouTube videos. Taught Human Design combined with manifestation and business coaching frameworks independently of official IHDS channels. No longer appears in the IHDS certified professionals directory as of June 2026. Date of removal not confirmed in the public record. Source: anonymous account from within the Human Design community, retained by this archive. If you have direct knowledge of this case, this archive welcomes your account through the submission form below.
- Fran Hale (known professionally as Bambaji Haven Hale) — IHDS certified Human Design professional. Active independent teacher operating under the name Bambaji Haven Hale, with a Substack publication, YouTube channel, and courses in Living Your Design, Rave ABCs, Rave Cartography, and Rave Cosmology. Listed on myBodyGraph.com as a Human Design professional as of September 2024. No longer appears in the IHDS certified professionals directory as of June 2026. Date of removal not confirmed in the public record. Source: anonymous account from within the Human Design community, retained by this archive. If you are Bambaji Haven Hale or have direct knowledge of this case, this archive welcomes your account through the submission form below or at the contact form at thescienceofdifferentiation.com/contact.
- Devon Martin — IHDS certified Human Design professional and independent teacher, with a significant international student base; publicly endorsed by Richard Rudd (founder of the Gene Keys). She completed four years of IHDS analyst training across a seven-year involvement and, by her own account, worked for Jovian Archive supporting the founders’ work. In a video update (c. 2020) she described voluntarily revoking her professional contract after the certification compliance agreement — the same Professional Integrity Agreement that requires Human Design offerings be kept separate from other modalities (see The Removal Mechanism, below) — barred her from integrating the Gene Keys and healing modalities that had defined her teaching. Told she “was not allowed to offer the work the way I’m doing” and “needed to change to obey the compliance,” she said she “officially revoked and voided” the contract, describing the agreement as having “controlled the way that I have done my work” and “created fear.” She no longer appears in the IHDS certified professionals directory as of June 2026. Sources: Devon Martin, video update, YouTube (youtu.be/9EIgPW-UiZs), c. 2020; anonymous account from within the Human Design community, retained by this archive.
These are not the only cases. They are the ones this archive has been able to verify from primary sources.
The account of John Martin’s removal is sourced from an anonymous community member. This archive retains the account and welcomes corroborating documentation. Contact the contact form at thescienceofdifferentiation.com/contact.
The five accounts above (Hagen Artley, James Alexander, Leanne Wolff, Fran Hale, Devon Martin) are sourced from an anonymous member of the Human Design community. This archive documents the public-record facts for each case and retains the anonymous accounts. Each named person is invited to submit their own account through the form below or by contacting the contact form at thescienceofdifferentiation.com/contact.
Scope note on national organizations. A comparison of Internet Archive snapshots of the IHDS National Human Design Organizations page (ihdschool.com/national-orgs) from July 2019 through May 2026 shows a stable roster: no national organization or territory was removed or reassigned in that window, the only change being a single addition in 2024. The erasures documented here therefore operate at the individual-professional level, and the founding-era cases predate the 2019 start of that page’s archived record. This archive notes the stable national-organization record rather than implying organizational churn the public record does not show.
The Removal Mechanism
The IHDS Professional Integrity Agreement, published on ihdschool.com, requires certified professionals to: represent Human Design with professionalism and integrity; complete annual continuing education through official IHDS channels; offer only certified services at IHDS-specified pricing and standards; use only official materials — professionals may not create or monetize their own Human Design books, courses, tools, or derivative materials without written authorization from Jovian Archive; not represent themselves as an official “school” or “academy”; and keep Human Design offerings separate from other modalities in marketing and delivery.
“IHDS recognizes everyone’s right to follow their strategy and authority but it is now our official policy and that of licensed organizations in Human Design that only professionals who can agree to the above will be officially recognized and promoted by a listing on the IHDS website.”
— IHDS Professional Integrity Agreement, ihdschool.com
The IHDS can and does remove professionals from its directory for violations of this agreement. As stated on an independent Human Design education site in June 2026: “The IHDS can and does update rules and has removed certifications/listings from professionals who (in their view) violated the agreement. These decisions are at their sole discretion.”
Documented grounds for removal in the cases recorded by this archive include: teaching outside official IHDS doctrine (John Martin, Tonal Cognition, 2020); organizing resistance to IHDS policy changes (Ilse Sendler, 2010); and administrative erasure following professional disputes (Zeno Dickson, Chaitanyo Taschler, Eleanor Haspel-Portner, 2003).

Your Account Belongs in the Record
The institutional record of Human Design contains gaps where people used to be. Teachers whose names no longer appear in directories they once led. Analysts whose licenses were revoked without written cause. Organizations that were delisted while their contracts remained in force. Contributors whose work was incorporated without credit.
This archive documents history. It does not adjudicate disputes, assign blame, or publish personal grievances. What it does is take erasure seriously as a documentary matter — and give verified accounts a permanent, sourced home in the public record.
If you were there and your name is missing, this is where it can go back.
Who This Is For
To submit an account, your experience must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Removal from record — Your name, organization, or credentials were removed from an official IHDS, Jovian Archive, or national Human Design organization listing.
- Uncredited contribution — You created, wrote, designed, or substantially contributed to materials, curricula, or organizational infrastructure that was subsequently published or used without attribution to you.
- Contractual erasure — You held a signed agreement with Jovian Archive Corporation or a national Human Design organization that was effectively voided through delisting, public disassociation, or administrative action.
Anonymous submissions are accepted. Anonymous accounts require corroborating documentation (a contract, a dated communication, a listing screenshot, a newsletter entry, or similar) that this archive can verify independently.
The Editorial Process
- You submit using the form below. Submissions go directly to the archive editor — they are not published automatically and are not visible to anyone else.
