Steve Rhodes
A teacher and author whose 2012 book examines the founder’s 2027 prophecy from within the wider astrological field.
Relationship to the founder
Rhodes never claims to have known the founder. His relationship is to the material: The Prophecy of Ra Uru Hu (2012), the second part of his Human Design Trilogy, was built from Jovian Archive’s recordings and books gathered over more than twenty years, and written with the support of the founder’s son.

He states the sourcing himself, describing the book as “deeply indebted to Jovian Archive for the vast material in the form of recordings and books” collected across two decades, and thanking “Loki Krakower-Riley, Ra’s son,” for his support.
On the founder’s name he is plainer than the official biographies, which leave its origin unexplained: “a Canadian named Robert Alan Krakower, who started to call himself Ra after he disappeared in 1983. A short form of Robert Alan, or Robert without the bert, if you will. It wasn’t about the Sun god or anything silly like that.”

His access and his sources are institutional, which is why the book is not a hostile one and why it cannot be read as independent confirmation of the institution’s account. Yet he examines the prophecy critically, and he writes from the broader astrological field rather than from the system’s own school. The book is cited in this archive for the derivation of the name, where a sympathetic and institution-supported author states plainly what the official pages leave unexplained.
