Ra Uru Hu taught the Human Design System from 1992 until his death on March 12, 2011 — nineteen years of active transmission across Europe, North America, and Asia. His primary teaching vehicle was the Rave BodyGraph, the chart he received during the eight-day transmission experience in Ibiza in January 1987. He conducted thousands of live readings, workshops, and recorded lectures, the majority of which are preserved in the Jovian Archive media library.
His pedagogical sequence moved from the foundational (Type, Strategy, Authority — the experiment) through the structural (the nine Centers, 36 Channels, 64 Gates, 384 Lines) to the advanced (Variable: Cognition, Digestion, Environment, Perspective, Motivation — the Primary Health System). He consistently maintained that the knowledge was not to be believed but to be experimented with: that a person's own seven-year deconditioning process, lived through their Strategy and Authority, was the only valid proof of the system.
Ra established formal teacher training to ensure the transmission was carried with mechanical fidelity. His stated goal, articulated in his 2005 address to the third generation of teachers, was:
