Teaching focus

Mary Ann Winiger received her Human Design reading from Ra Uru Hu in 1997 and took her Human Design education directly from him. On her professional site she writes that for roughly twenty-five years she taught the system — primarily through live Immersions and workshops, online workshops, and private sessions — and that she trained Living Your Design (LYD) Guides. The International Human Design School lists a dedicated catalogue of her courses and lectures, among them a Workshop for LYD Guides and a Workshop for HD Professionals. She describes her teaching as staying with “the simple”: the foundational layer of Strategy and Authority she credits with her own transformation.

Ra Uru Hu commented on her work in a class after hearing a song made from a poem she had written during her experiment, as reproduced on her site:

I think she’s probably the best spokesperson right now that there is for the Generator process. Everybody approaches transformation in their life differently and I’ve watched her go through her whole process and I know how radical it was in the beginning. If there’s anybody who really understands what it takes to go through that process, she is it.

In a statement on her site, Winiger announced that as of 1 December 2024 she would no longer work with individuals, and that her Human Design work would continue through books and videos. She is the author of A Revolution of One, an account of the first ten years of her Human Design experiment.
