The operative lines
“We have a change in the online license program… offering HD services online no longer requires a contract or payment.”
The phrasing carries its own history: it confirms that an online license program, requiring contracts and payments, had existed until that point. The companion volume ZENO treats the letter as the forensic anchor of its Section A for that reason.
Provenance
The letter’s PDF was generated and archived by a recipient in a German-language environment and is preserved in the Human Design Austria archive. This archive links to the custodian’s copy with credit and quotes only the operative lines.
What the book establishes from it
Chapter Thirteen of The Voice on Ibiza uses the letter, together with the May 2008 email, to date the handover years of the school: the founder’s own statement of what the IHDS had been, and the institution’s announcement, months before his death, that the paid online licensing structure was ending. The letter also fixes what the licensing structure had required while it ran, which is the economic history The Credential documents.
