Teaching focus

Josette Lamotte is a direct student of Ra Uru Hu for the BG5 and OC16 programs — the Human Design applications for career, business, and organizational consulting. Ra introduced the BG5 system to Human Design Analysts beginning in fall 2005 and taught it three times. Lamotte was among the original students for all three iterations. Her own account states: “I am one of the original students that studied and trained directly with Ra Uru Hu over the 3 times he taught this body of knowledge. At which point Ra asked me personally to take over the education of this subject.” She has since taught the program five or more times, in both English and German.

Lamotte is Director of Human Design France — École de Design Humain France — the only IHDS-accredited French-language Human Design school, authorized by Jovian Archive. She is a member of the IHDS faculty and teaches the full curriculum from foundational Living Your Design through the Differentiation Degree Program (Primary Health System and Rave Psychology), as well as BG5 and OC16 at the specialist level. She also holds certification for individual analysis, Incarnation Cross, holistic, relational, family, and DreamRave readings.

Lamotte’s specific contribution to the Human Design institutional record is the French-language transmission of the system. Her school is the designated reference point for French-speaking professionals worldwide certified by the IHDS, and she maintains the official register of francophone certified professionals. She teaches in both English and French, making the BG5 and OC16 curriculum accessible to French-speaking practitioners who would otherwise have no certified access to Ra’s direct business teachings.
