Teaching focus

Dr. Andrea Reikl-Wolf is an Austrian molecular geneticist who encountered Human Design in 1997 after returning from a journey to Africa that had caused her to question her scientific career. Her first contact came at a drumming workshop where she saw her own chart. When she learned that Human Design had a connection to genetics, she sought out Ra Uru Hu directly. Her close collaboration with Ra began in 2000 and continued until his death in 2011 — she has described their relationship as including regular scientific exchanges on topics ranging from pregnancy to Rave Genetics.

Reikl-Wolf left her scientific career to practice Human Design full-time in 2002. She has taught in Austria since 2000 and internationally through the IHDS since 2005. Her approach is explicitly scientific: she correlates Human Design mechanics with molecular biology, genetics, and neuroscience, and consistently distinguishes between Ra’s transmitted knowledge and her own research extensions. She is the Principal Teacher of the Differentiation Degree Program at the IHDS — the advanced program combining Primary Health System and Rave Psychology — and co-authored the Rave Cartography Student Manual. Her students describe her as “the teacher of teachers.”

Her background as a research scientist gives her a distinctive position in the Human Design education community — she is one of the few senior teachers able to assess the system’s claims against the scientific literature from genuine professional expertise. Her teaching spans the full IHDS curriculum from foundational Rave ABCs through the Differentiation Degree Program, and she trains other teachers as a Train the Trainer instructor. Her courses are limited to 24 participants, all taught personally by her.

She continues to teach and practice from Vienna. The Human Design Collective podcast describes her as “scientifically oriented to the most cutting-edge aspects of Human Design without losing sight of the fundamentals.”
